Adherence to the cancellation period<\/h3>\n<p>In order to adhere to the cancellation notice period, sending a notification concerning the assertion of your cancellation right prior to the expiration of the cancellation notice period suffices.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>5. Consequences of cancellation<\/h3>\n<p>If you cancel this contract, we must return all payments that we have received from you, including any delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs incurred by your selection of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us) immediately and at the latest within 14 days after the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of the contract. We shall use the same payment method that you used for the original payment to refund the money, unless otherwise explicitly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged for this refund.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>6. Right of retention<\/h3>\n<p>We may delay the refund until we have received the returned goods, or you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods, whichever occurs first.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>7. Returning the goods<\/h3>\n<p>You must return or deliver the goods carefully packaged in the original packaging to us immediately, in any case within 14 days after the day on which you notified us of your cancellation of this contract.
