1. Cancellation right
You are entitled to cancel this contract without stating any reasons within 14 days.
2. Cancellation period
The cancellation period is 14 days as of the day on which you, or a third party specified by you who is not the carrier, has received the goods.
3. Address
In order to exercise your cancellation right, please contact us (Nordic Livet Home – Thomas Hipp, Ringstraße 15, 72414 Rangendingen, email: info@nordic-livet-home.de) with a clear statement (e.g. a posted letter or email) on your decision to cancel this contract. The following cancellation template can be used for this purpose, but the use thereof is optional.
4. Adherence to the cancellation period
In order to adhere to the cancellation notice period, sending a notification concerning the assertion of your cancellation right prior to the expiration of the cancellation notice period suffices.
5. Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we must return all payments that we have received from you, including any delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs incurred by your selection of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us) immediately and at the latest within 14 days after the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of the contract. We shall use the same payment method that you used for the original payment to refund the money, unless otherwise explicitly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged for this refund.
6. Right of retention
We may delay the refund until we have received the returned goods, or you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods, whichever occurs first.
7. Returning the goods
You must return or deliver the goods carefully packaged in the original packaging to us immediately, in any case within 14 days after the day on which you notified us of your cancellation of this contract. This notice period is deemed adhered to if you send the goods within the notice period of 14 days.
8. Costs for returning the goods
You must bear the costs for returning the goods.
9. Compensation for the value of goods for contracts for the delivery of goods
You shall only be liable for any loss of value for the goods if this can be attributed to handling of the goods that exceeds testing the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.
